I exfoliate regularly but decided to try this out and was shocked to see the results. This is the most exfoliation I have ever gotten and I've used gloves and scrubs. I even exfoliate recently but decided to put it to the test and it impressed me. I will never purchase anything other than this now, my skin is so ooo smooth.
Really good product, it took all my dead skin of, use it slowly, it can hurt you.
Best exfoliator I have ever had. Definitely follow the instructions and let your skin soften in the water before using the exfoliator. Skin bits rinse off easily in the shower.
Follow the instructions of 5-10 minutes in a hot shower then get the scrubber wet (no soap!), wring it out, then get scrubbing! Don't stand in the water while you're using the mitten, it needs friction to work. I found going in a circle worked best and also it takes a few scrubs before stuff comes up so don't give up if you don't see results right away, you just need to keep at it.
